Stop guessing why you’re exhausted.
If your blood tests look “normal” but you’re always tired, wired at night, waking around 3am, or running out of steam by lunchtime, you don’t have to jump straight into expensive testing or a complicated protocol. Start with the step that matches where you’re at right now.
Support that meets you where you are.
You don’t need to start with expensive testing, a strict food plan, or a protocol that feels impossible by day three.
My work is built in layers: first we look for patterns, then foundations are rebuilt, and then we investigate further if your symptoms need a closer look. Advanced testing can be useful, but only when your body has the basics it needs to respond appropriately, so whether you need a quick starting point, a blood test review, or six months of personalised support, you can choose the step that matches where you are right now.
The Exhaustion Decoder
A focused assessment to help you spot the patterns most likely behind your tiredness, so you’re not trying random supplements, food rules, or advice that may not be suitable for you.
Choose this if:You’re always tired, wired at night, can’t think clearly in the day, or waking around 3am, but you don’t know where to start.
You’ll walk away with:A simple map of your likely exhaustion patterns and a clearer idea of what to focus your efforts on first.
The FUEL Method
A practical course for women who want to stop feeling exhausted without going on restrictive diets, unrealistic routines, or a supplement cupboard that needs its own postcode.
Choose this if:You want a clear plan for food, nervous system support, daily energy, and knowing when more help or support is needed.
You’ll walk away with:A step-by-step way to support your daily energy, even if you’re tired or busy.
Behind the Numbers
A blood test review for when your results have come back “fine”, but you still feel awful and want someone to explain what your results may mean for you in plain English.
Choose this if:You have recent blood tests, ongoing symptoms, and a strong sense that something important has been missed.
You’ll walk away with:A written report and video walkthrough that connects your results to your symptoms, so you can stop staring at numbers that no one has properly explained, and stop wondering why you feel so awful if your results are supposed to be normal.
Energy Restore
Six months of one-to-one support for women with long-standing or more complex symptoms who need proper investigation, foundations work, and testing when it gives us useful information.
Choose this if:You’ve tried the basics, your symptoms are more complex, or you need better assessment, testing, protocols, and guidance rather than another DIY plan.
You’ll walk away with:Personalised support around your symptoms, your test results, your nervous system, and your lifestyle.
Not sure if this is right for you? Apply anyway. If it’s not the best next step, I’ll point you somewhere more suitable.
How to choose without overthinking.
Choose based on the question you’re asking yourself right now.
Still not sure where to start?
If you’re choosing between foundations, blood test review, or personalised support, start with the option that answers the biggest question you have right now. You can always go further once you know what you’re dealing with.
Most commonly asked questions.
Do I need recent blood tests before I start?
No. If you have recent results, Behind the Numbers may be a useful starting point. If you don’t, The Exhaustion Decoder or The FUEL Method are likely a better first step.
What if I don’t know which offer is right for me?
Start with the question you most want answered right now. If that question is “why am I so tired?” choose The Exhaustion Decoder. If it’s “what do my results mean?” choose Behind the Numbers. If it’s “I need someone to help me with everything,” apply for Energy Restore.
Is this only for thyroid issues?
No. Thyroid patterns are part of what I take into consideration for many women, but exhaustion can also involve blood sugar, stress response, nervous system regulation, nutrient status, hormones, digestion, inflammation, and more.
Will I need lots of supplements or expensive testing?
No, not at the start. We start with the foundations first, because advanced testing is only useful when your body has the basics it needs to respond appropriately. If you’re still experiencing symptoms after that, we choose the right test or combination of tests as deemed necessary, which may include blood, stool, urine, hair or DNA testing.
