This is the review your GP doesn’t have time to give you.

Your blood test results look fine on paper. But your life doesn’t feel fine when you’re staring at your screen trying to remember what you were doing, and counting down the hours until you can lie down.

That gap between what your results say and how you feel is real.

You’ve Been Told Everything Looks Fine. You Know You Don’t Feel Fine.

You wake up tired and stay tired, and some mornings even getting out of bed feels harder than it should.

You hold it together for work, but by evening you’ve got nothing left for your family or yourself.

You answer emails, get through the meetings, say the right things, then come home with nothing left, like all your battery got used up before the day was even over.

You’ve tried the obvious things to feel better, but nothing seems to explain why you still feel this exhausted.

You’ve been told your blood tests are “normal”, but you don’t feel normal, and that disconnect leaves you confused and frustrated.

Deep down, part of you worries something important is being missed.

And the longer this goes on, the more you start wondering if this is just how life is now.

What This Review Helps You Do

This review helps you see the patterns in your results that standard reviews often miss, by looking at your blood work alongside your symptoms and health history.

You will get a Report of Findings, a video walkthrough, and a clearer idea of what may be worth following up next. It can help you:

  • See which follow-up tests are worth requesting
  • Know which symptoms are worth following up with
  • Focus on what matters most instead of trying to fix everything at once
  • Stop lying awake wondering if you’re missing something obvious
  • Feel more confident advocating for yourself, because you finally have something clearer than “all normal”

This Review Is For You If

  • You’re tired of being told everything is fine when you know it’s not.
  • You want someone to take your symptoms seriously and help you make sense of what is going on.
  • You have blood test results, but no clear explanation of how they relate to how you actually feel.
  • You want personalised insight and understanding, not another generic article, AI summary, or forum thread.
  • You want to know what to look at first, so you can stop chasing ten different solutions at once.

This Review Is Not For You If

  • You need urgent medical advice.
  • I help you interpret your results, so you’ll need to see your doctor for a diagnosis, treatment, or prescription.
  • You want supplement protocols as part of this review. This isn’t a supplement plan as a follow up isn’t included in this service.
  • You want a quick answer without sharing your symptoms and history. The context helps make the review powerful.

How This Works in Practice

Lisa, 47

Lisa came to me after being told “everything looks good” for the third time, but she was always tired and couldn’t think clearly.

After her review, she finally understood why her symptoms didn’t match the “normal” results she had previously been given, and she knew what was worth following up first instead of trying to fix everything at once.

When we looked at her symptoms, health history, and blood test patterns together, it suggested her body wasn’t handling thyroid hormones efficiently, something that can show up as relentless tiredness, brain fog, and weight gain.

She then had a much clearer conversation with her clinician, because she knew what to ask and what she wanted looked at.

Other examples of what this review can show

E.F. was on levothyroxine and hadn’t had her Free T3 checked in years. Her results showed high Free T4 with very low Free T3, a pattern that gave her a clear discussion point to take back to her clinician.

Andrea had felt unwell for years despite “normal” results. Based on her symptoms and history, one of her next steps was requesting thyroid antibody testing. Those additional tests showed raised thyroid antibodies, which helped move the GP conversation forward.

Included Bonuses

Because I want you to understand what’s going on and feel better supported, instead of being left trying to piece it all together on your own, you will also get:

Bonus 1: The Right Tests Guide

So you know exactly which blood tests to request next, and why, without having to google your way into a 47-tab spiral.

Bonus 5: The Exhaustion Pattern Tracker

So you can start building a clear picture of your symptoms, energy levels, and patterns right now, and have something concrete to take to future consultations rather than trying to reconstruct it from memory.

Toki Birch

About Toki

I’m Toki, a former orthodontist and associate clinical lecturer, now a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner, and I have been exactly where you are.

I mean that literally. There was a period where I was so exhausted I barely had the strength to hold my toothbrush up. My results were fine, but I didn’t feel fine. And the gap between those two things is what sent me down this path entirely.

It wasn’t until I trained in functional medicine and started looking at the full picture, not just isolated lab numbers, that I finally understood what was going on with my own health.

What I learned, the hard way, is that a GP reads your blood results to check whether you’re ill with obvious disease. I read them to understand whether you are well with optimum health. Those aren’t the same thing.

With over 25 years in health, nearly a decade in functional medicine, and hundreds of blood test results reviewed, I specialise in spotting the patterns that often get missed in standard reviews.

I help you understand your results clearly, so you can stop second-guessing your symptoms and start taking your next step confidently.

Frequently Asked Questions

Because I’m not just looking at the numbers on their own.

I look at your blood work alongside your symptoms, your history, and the patterns across markers. I’m not here to tell you “all normal” again and send you on your way. I’m here to help you understand why you may still feel unwell, and what may be worth following up next.

When you’ve felt fobbed off for a long time, having someone explain things properly is a big relief.

This review helps you understand what your results may be pointing to, what questions to ask next, and what is most worth following up first. That can save you a lot of time, second-guessing, and late-night Googling.

AI can be useful for explaining general lab markers or helping you understand medical terms. But it can’t properly interpret your results in the context of your symptoms, your history, your age, your medication, or the patterns across your markers in the way a trained clinician can.

Because having test results and understanding them are not the same thing.

Many women already have results sitting in a folder or portal somewhere, but nobody has explained them in a way that explains what they mean as well as what they mean for their continuing symptoms. This review helps you join the dots between the paperwork and the way you actually feel.

No. You don’t need another 47 tabs open in your brain.

You need someone to help you sort what matters from what doesn’t. That is why I give you a clear walkthrough, a written summary, and prioritised next steps, rather than a massive list of things to chase all at once.

You can submit recent blood test results from either private or NHS testing.

Ideally, a full blood count with differentials, full iron panel, B12 levels (ideally active B12, MMA or Homocysteine), folate, thyroid function test (TSH, FT4, FT3, thyroid antibodies if available), liver function test (ALT, AST, GGT, ALP, Bilirubin, Albumin, Globulin, Total Protein), Vitamin D, Blood Sugar Levels (HbA1c, Fasting Blood Glucos), CRP/ESR, Cortisol, Coealiac Disease (tTG-Ab, IgA, HLA-DQ2/DQ8) If you’re unsure of what tests you need, send what you have, and I’ll let you know if anything important is missing.

You can still book now, and I’ll hold your spot for 20 days while you gather your results.

No. This review doesn’t include supplement protocols.

What it does include is the insight you need to make more informed decisions about what to explore next, whether that is follow-up testing, a conversation with your GP, or further support.

If you’ve been Googling and gotten confused, yes. You are paying for understanding, and prioritised next steps.
