2. Check your inbox for a confirmation email with your appointment details
3. At your session, we’ll go over your symptoms, history, and goals
4. If appropriate, I’ll recommend and order the relevant Cyrex panels for you
5. You’ll receive full instructions for sample collection, postage, and next steps

Reviewing Your Results

Once your results are ready, I’ll send you a:

• Written summary of your key patterns

• Video interpretation, so you understand what’s out of range, what it means, and what to focus on next

• Delivered within 5 working days of your results being processed

Already Have Cyrex Results?

If you’ve already completed Cyrex testing (within the last 4–6 weeks), please upload your results to your secure Practice Better portal once your account has been created.

Need to Cancel or Reschedule?

Check your appointment confirmation, reminder emails or Practice Better.

Please remember:

• Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 50% fee

• Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable

• If you’re on a package and miss your session, that session is forfeited
