2. When your kit arrives, follow the enclosed instructions

3. Book a phlebotomy appointment

4. Return your blood sample using the prepaid pack

5. Your results will be ready in ~3 working days from when the lab receives your sample

6. You’ll receive an email as soon as your results are available

Once your results are in, I’ll review your report and send you:

• A written summary highlighting key imbalances and trends

• A video interpretation of your results, so you understand what’s out of range, what it means, and what to focus on

• Delivered by email within 5 working days of your results being processed
