If taking B12, please stop supplementing 2 weeks prior to blood draw, and stop biotin 48 hours prior to your blood test.
DO NOT stop prescription medicines unless under the guidance of your prescribing medical practitioner. If using T3 and or T4 thyroid replacement hormones, book your blood draw first thing in the morning and only take your thyroid replacement hormones right after your blood has been drawn so as not to skew the interpretation the results. Mark the time you took your hormones, then eat a delayed breakfast 30 minutes later.
