It’s 6pm. You’re already tired, and everyone’s hungry.

You’re now standing in the kitchen trying to figure out how to make something the whole family will eat, while also making something different for yourself, because what you need and what everyone else wants don’t quite match up.

You already know what tends to make you feel better, but doing something about it when you’ve got a family to feed and barely any energy left? That’s a different story.

  • The family meal is on the table, but they don’t satisfy you, and you’re too tired to make something healthier for yourself
  • You start a ‘better food’ plan, but by Tuesday the shopping and prep have used more energy than you have to give
  • You open a recipe book, count eight ingredients you don’t have on hand, and decide to order takeaway instead
  • By the time dinner is ready, you’re too tired to make your preferred version that will keep you going

You know what you need: simple recipes the whole family will eat, that also keep you energised.

Why this works
Simple Food the Whole Family Will Eat

Eat Same, Feed All is built around one idea: five ingredients or fewer per meal, and you can double or triple batch them so you have enough for leftovers for other meals and don’t have to spend hours in the kitchen every day.

These recipes were chosen by a coeliac functional medicine practitioner and nutritionist (me!) who wanted to stop cooking separate ‘special’ meals and eat simple, energising food the whole family would happily have too.

Every dish is naturally gluten-free or can be made gluten-free with one easy swap, like using easily available gluten-free oats, pasta, flour, or bread. You don’t need to be a coeliac or fully gluten-free to use it. It’s for women who want food that supports their energy, sleep, mood, and digestion, while still feeding their family.

You won’t find elaborate techniques or a shopping list full of ingredients you’ll use once and then forget about. Every recipe uses five ingredients or fewer, and most take under 20 minutes, so gluten-free, higher-protein meals are easier to make.

What’s inside
One Meal. One Shop. Everyone Eats.

Eat Same, Feed All is a practical recipe guide with 40 recipes, built around one simple idea: 5 ingredients per meal.

  • 5 ingredients or fewer in every recipe, so shopping is simple and you’re not standing in the kitchen hunting for things you don’t have
  • Family-friendly throughout, so you’re not making something separate for the kids or a partner who eats differently
  • Serving notes and simple swaps, so you can adapt your plate without cooking a separate meal
  • Gluten-free and easily adaptable recipes, so you can eat safely while other people still have regular bread, pasta, or wraps if they want them
  • 40 recipes covering breakfasts, lunches, dinners, smoothies, and treats, so you have options for the whole day
  • No calorie counting needed, just know that you’re eating meals that support your energy and digestion

Who it’s for
This Will Suit You If…
  • You want family meals that can be made gluten-free without turning dinner into a separate project
  • You want to notice how food affects your energy, digestion, sleep, mood, or brain fog without treating it as a diet
  • You need meals with simple ingredients, quick methods, make-ahead options, and enough protein to keep you going
  • You want food that feels and tastes delicious, and doesn’t make you feel like you’re missing out

If you live with coeliac disease or need to be strictly gluten-free, use your usual label checks and cross-contamination habits at home. The recipes tell you where to choose gluten-free versions, but they don’t replace personalised medical advice.

Why I created this
I Know What It’s Like to Cook for Everyone and Forget About Yourself

I’m a coeliac, as well as a Functional Medicine Practitioner, Nutritionist, and Health Coach, which means I know, both personally and professionally, how quickly feeding yourself properly falls to the bottom of the list when you’ve got a family to think about.

Being gluten-free in a non-gluten-free household is its own thing. And even if your needs are different for other reasons, the problem’s the same: making food that works for everyone, including you, takes more energy than you have.

Do I make something different for myself again tonight?

What can I even make quickly with what’s in the fridge?

Why does eating well always feel like extra work I don’t have time for?

Will this even taste nice?

I created Eat Same, Feed All because a tired woman doesn’t need a meal plan that falls apart the minute someone asks for pasta. She needs recipes she can repeat on an ordinary Tuesday, without compromising on taste.

These are the recipes I reach for on super busy days when I want something on the table stat. Now you can too.

Common questions
A Few Things People Ask First
  • Does my whole family need to eat gluten-free?

No. Many of the recipes are naturally gluten-free, and the others include simple gluten-free swaps. If you are coeliac or strictly gluten-free, keep using your usual safety habits: check labels, choose certified gluten-free ingredients where relevant, and follow your normal cross-contamination guidelines at home.

  • Are these suitable for fussy eaters and kids?

Yes. Family-friendly is the whole point. Simple ingredients and nothing fancy that requires convincing a tired child to try something unfamiliar.

  • Do I need to eat gluten-free myself for this to be useful?

Not necessarily. You can make these recipes with regular ingredients and still get the same family-friendly, low-effort meals. The gluten-free swaps are there if you need them, not required if you don’t.

  • I’m not a confident cook. Will this work for me?

Yes. Instructions are clearly written out, and with only five ingredients, there’s much less that can go wrong.

  • What’s your refund policy?

As this is an instantly downloadable digital product, this product can’t be returned or refunded once accessed. If you have a problem with your download, get in touch at support@tokibirch.com.
