You’ve followed advice, had normal test results, but still feel exhausted.
Energy Restore is six months of personalised, clinician-led support for women with complex, layered exhaustion.
It’s for when you need someone to investigate what’s causing your symptoms and work with you on a plan.
Not hand you a course, give you a supplement list, and leave you to get on with it alone.
It’s thorough, personal, and clinically guided, from your first consultation to your final session.
If you’ve been doing everything right and still feel this way…
If you’ve tried changing your food, adjusting your supplements, getting more rest, and following the advice, but your body still hasn’t responded, this is the kind of support you may need.
Whether your test results have come back normal, or you’ve been managing a diagnosis for years without feeling well, Energy Restore is for the woman whose symptoms are more layered than a standard approach can address.
You may be experiencing:
Energy Restore is for when you’ve been managing long enough and need someone to properly investigate, not just reassure you that everything looks fine.
We look at everything that’s contributing, not just one number.
Most women with complex exhaustion are dealing with multiple systems at once. Your body doesn’t produce symptoms in isolation. Tiredness, mood, digestion, hormones, and recovery are all connected, and what shows up on a standard blood test panel is often only part of the picture.
Inside Energy Restore, we look at the systems that are most likely contributing to how you feel, and create the conditions your body needs to respond.
We focus on areas including:
Thyroid hormone function and antibodies: how efficiently your body creates and uses energy
Mineral status: whether your cells are getting the nutrients and minerals they need
Gut health, inflammation, and absorption: how smoothly your digestion is working and how well your body handles inflammation
Underlying and chronic infections: whether past or ongoing infections are contributing to immune load, inflammation, and energy drain
Blood sugar and cortisol patterns: how well your body handles everyday stress, and how balanced your blood sugar is throughout the day
Hormonal patterns and metabolic load: how your hormones interact and what that means for your energy and recovery
Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP)
Where appropriate, I may include SSP, a gentle, evidence-based listening programme designed to support nervous system regulation and recovery. For some clients, additional nervous system support helps the body respond more fully to other aspects of care.
What’s included in Energy Restore.
Everything inside Energy Restore is designed to remove guesswork and give your body the conditions it needs to respond, as safely and predictably as possible.
Private 1:1 Sessions
Your programme opens with a full intake session on Zoom to review your history and establish your starting point, and closes with an offboarding session covering what’s changed and where to go next. All the clinical work in between is ongoing and supported.
Testing Interpretation Included
Every result is reviewed, interpreted, and explained in plain English, with clinical guidance on what your findings mean for you specifically. If further investigation is needed as we progress, I advise on the right test and interpretation of those results is included too.
Personalised Energy Support
Food, nutrients, and practical strategies built around your symptoms, your lifestyle, and what you can realistically manage. Not a plan written for someone else’s body.
Nervous System-Led Care
Nervous system support is woven throughout your plan. Where appropriate, Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) may be introduced as additional support.
Education Portal
Access to clinical education to help you understand what’s happening in your body and why. So you can make better decisions, not just follow instructions.
Ongoing 1:1 Support
Instead of a Zoom call once a fortnight, your 1:1 clinical time is spread across conversations in your client portal, available Tuesday to Thursday. You message in when something comes up or when you want to report back. I respond within a few hours during those windows, so nothing waits weeks.
Instead of juggling advice, protocols, and opinions, you get:
One clear plan
One point of support
One clinician overseeing the whole picture
Many women come to me after years of managing symptoms, adjusting prescriptions, and second-guessing themselves. Over time, that uncertainty takes a toll, not just on energy, but on confidence and trust in your own body.
1:1 care shortens that loop. You get a clearer picture of what’s happening in your body, a clinical plan built around your results and your life, and one person checking in as things change.
For many clients, that means waking up with energy to spare, thinking clearly for the first time in years, and finally trusting what their body is telling them.
“Toki is a wonderfully knowledgeable lady. I had been gradually becoming more poorly over several years and was told that there was nothing wrong with me by GPs. I went to Toki as a last resort in desperation that I knew something wasn’t right. The testing was very thorough and my treatment was incredibly successful. I now feel I have my life back. I would not hesitate to contact Toki and her team again or recommend her to other people.”
Emma
I work with women whose symptoms have been dismissed or minimised.
Women who know, deep down, that they need careful support rather than a course to watch with a supplement list, and an ‘I’ll see you in a month’s time’ plan.
Energy Restore is the highest level of support available. One clinician, holding the full picture, from your first session to the end of our six months together.
It’s for you if you’re ready for personalised care with someone who’s been where you are, and is clinically equipped to support you.
This is clinician-led 1:1 care, and not a course.
Inside Energy Restore, everything is built around you specifically: your testing, your protocols, your pace, your nervous system capacity, and your decision-making support.
You’re supported on a one-to-one basis, as an individual with your own health history, stress load, and past experience.
Energy Restore is for the woman who needs dedicated individual attention, with one clinician in charge the whole way through.
Is Energy Restore right for you?
Read through both lists before applying.
Your symptoms have been going on for a long time and you’re not improving despite trying
Your test results have been called normal but you still feel exhausted and unwell
You’ve tried other approaches and want more careful, personalised investigation
You want one clinician to hold the full picture, not a different answer every appointment
You’re ready to commit to six months of supported work, not a quick fix
You have a longer health history that needs proper context, not a generic plan
You’re looking for a quick protocol you can follow without ongoing support
You’re not open to adjusting food, routine, or lifestyle in any way
You want a diagnosis rather than a support and recovery plan
You prefer a face-to-face model (this programme is fully online and async-led)
Questions worth asking before you apply.
Who is Energy Restore for?
Energy Restore is a private 1:1 support programme for women with complex, layered exhaustion who need personalised clinical guidance rather than a one-size-fits-all plan. You don’t need a specific diagnosis. You need the right level of investigation and support.
What if I’m already on thyroid medication or other treatment?
This programme works alongside your existing medical care. It does not replace your GP or prescribing clinician, and focuses on supporting the foundations that medication alone doesn’t address: nervous system regulation, nutrient status, digestion, and recovery.
Any medication changes remain managed by your prescribing doctor.
Do I need recent blood tests to start?
A comprehensive blood panel and HTMA are included in your programme fee. If you have recent results already, we factor those in. We start with the foundations first where that is the right clinical step, because advanced testing is only useful when your body has the basics it needs to respond appropriately. If further investigation is needed as we progress, I advise on the right test and interpretation of those results is included too.
How much time does this require each month?
Most clients spend around 1 to 2 hours per month engaging with sessions, actions, and reflection. The programme is designed to fit around a real life, not require it to stop.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
Nutrition support is flexible and adapted to your needs. This is not a rigid diet plan and the focus is on nourishment, not restriction. That said, the approach is food-first and nutrient-dense. Strict vegan or raw-food approaches may need adjustments to support your recovery, and that would be discussed openly with you.
How is this different from other health programmes?
This is not a symptom-chasing protocol. The focus is on understanding why your body is struggling, then creating the conditions it needs for regulation, recovery, and resilience. That means working upstream, not just managing what shows up day to day.
Is there a refund policy?
Because this is a high-touch 1:1 programme with reserved clinical time and access to digital resources, refunds are not offered once the programme has started. If you’re unsure whether this is the right next step, you’re encouraged to ask questions before applying. That’s what the application process is for.
When you’re ready to stop managing and start getting answers.
