For Women With Ongoing Fatigue Who Have “Normal Test Results”, But No Real Answers
Let’s Change That, With
A Personalised Review of Your Blood Test Results, Symptoms, and Health History Translated into Plain English, So You Can Understand What’s Causing Your Symptoms and Know Your Next Step.
Understand From a Functional Medicine Clinician, What Your Blood Test Results Mean, And Why You May Still Feel Unwell
You send: blood test results + symptoms + history.
You get: a video walkthrough + written summary + next steps.
If your blood test results are “normal”, but you still feel exhausted all the time with low moods, constipation, can’t think clearly, or generally unwell, this is for you.
Is this you?
This is for you if your blood tests keep coming back “fine”, but you’re dealing with things like:
Maybe this has been going on for a while, but then you realised that you couldn’t finish reading a bedtime story to your kids or grandkids.
Or you blanked out in a meeting, too foggy to follow along.
Perhaps, your kids asked why you’re always tired.
That’s when it stops being “just tiredness” and starts feeling urgent, and you realised that you’ve had enough of guessing or doubting yourself, and you really do need answers that make sense.
You don’t need platitudes. You need someone to look at the full picture and help you make sense of it.
Feeling dismissed, confused? Still don’t have answers?
You’ll get clear insight into what your test results really mean; without medical jargon from someone who’s been where you are.
Why This Review Is Different
Most blood test results are explained through the limited lens of whether each marker falls “in range.” GP reference ranges are designed to catch clear disease, while private tests often give you data without direction. Google, AI, influencers, and apps can offer information, but they can’t interpret your results in the context of your symptoms, history, and lived experience.
This review takes a more personalised approach.
Instead of looking at isolated numbers, I look at:
- Optimal ranges — what we expect to see in a healthy person
- Patterns across markers — how your results relate to each other
- Context — your symptoms, timeline, and health history
Because blood tests rarely tell the full story from one number alone, I focus on the patterns that may help explain why you still feel unwell.
With over 25 years in health and nearly a decade in functional medicine, I use experience and judgement to help you understand your results clearly, so you know what is worth exploring next.
This review is designed to complement your GP visit, not compete with or replace it.
About Toki
Hi, I’m Toki, a functional medicine practitioner and SSP provider.
I help women over 40 whose test results look “good”, but whose bodies clearly don’t feel “good”.
I know what that feels like, because I’ve lived it.
Years ago, I was so exhausted I couldn’t sit upright for long. My skin was dry and flaking, my hair brittle, my mind foggy, and my body felt like it was giving up on me.
And yet, my test results kept coming back “normal.”
It wasn’t until I trained in functional medicine and started seeing the whole picture, not just isolated lab numbers, that I finally understood what was going on.
That’s why I built this review.
It’s the resource I wish I’d had when I was sitting across from doctors who said everything looked fine, even when I felt anything but.
With over 25 years in health, nearly a decade in functional medicine, and personal experience navigating fatigue, thyroid issues, and the emotional cost of being dismissed, I specialise in spotting what others miss.
I help you understand your results in a way that’s clear, grounded, and personal, so you can stop second-guessing your symptoms, and start taking action with confidence.

Meet Lisa (name changed).
Lisa, 47, came to me after being told “everything looks good” for the third time, but she was always tired and couldn’t think clearly.
After her review, she finally understood why her symptoms didn’t match the “normal” results she’d previously been given, and was then able to take action with a plan that made sense for her.
On paper, her test results looked fine. But when we looked at the full picture (symptoms + history + test result patterns), it suggested her body wasn’t handling thyroid hormones efficiently, something that can show up as relentless tiredness, constipation, brain fog, and weight gain or difficulty losing weight.

What I Review
I look at your:
- Blood test results, private and/or NHS (you can request these from your GP practice or download them via the NHS Access App)
- Symptoms and patterns – what/how you feel, when it’s worse, what you’ve noticed
- Health history – sleep, stress load, digestion, peri/menopause factors where relevant
- Current medications and supplements (if any)
If you don’t have the “perfect” set of tests, we start with what you have. If there are any gaps, I’ll explain what may be worth discussing next and why.
If you don’t have recent test results, you can still reserve your spot. It’ll be held for 20 days while you get them.
A few kind words after a review
“I’ve had lots of tests over the years, but no one explained them like this. This was the first time it made sense.” Andrea, 46

FAQs
Ideally a full thyroid panel (TSH, Free T4, Free T3, Reverse T3, TPO & TG antibodies). Helpful extras include vitamin D, B12, folate, fasting glucose, HbA1c, lipids, iron panel, full blood count, and any other relevant NHS or private blood test results.
GP ranges are excellent for ruling out clear disease, but they don’t always explain why you still feel unwell. This review looks at your results alongside your health history and symptoms, spots patterns, and uses optimal ranges which are based on what we expect to see in a healthy person, so if you have symptoms, plus less than optimal ranges, it may help explain why you have symptoms.
Generic tools can only comment on data in isolation. They don’t know your symptom pattern, your history, your medications, your stage of life, or what’s changed over time. This review is personalised to you.
This review is designed to help you make sense of your blood test results in context, so you’re not left trying to interpret them on your own. It may also highlight areas worth following up with your GP or clinician, along with relevant lifestyle or general diet considerations where appropriate. It does not include a personalised treatment plan or ongoing support, nor is it a replacement for medical advice.
No. The goal of this review is to simplify things for you. You’ll receive a report of findings of what stands out, what matters most, and any sensible follow-up points, so you can stop trying to piece everything together on your own.
No. This is a one-off review, and I can’t include supplement recommendations or protocols without follow-up. You’ll be given next-step options if further support is needed. If supplements may be worth considering, it will be framed as an option to discuss, alongside food-first foundations.
Either contact your GP, check MediChecks, Blue Horizon, Youth Revisited, or send an email to support@tokibirch.com, and you’ll be guided as to where/how to order tests. You can still reserve your review now. Your spot is held for 20 days while you obtain test results.
You’ll get an email from Practice Better to activate your private, free account. This enables you to complete your intake form and upload your recent test results. You’ll also get 2 other emails, one with your receipt and the other with further instructions.
